Jump Cooldown - Removes jump cooldown. You must re-execute it after each death.

Zombies Following - Zombies stop following and are harmless (except the mini bosses if other players are nearby). Also must re-execute it after each death.

Walk Speed - Change the walking speed.

Jump Power - Change the jump power.

Hip Height - Self explanatory. Helpful if used with RPG.
